sur eyou can, just make sure you don’t fry anything or use oils. oil is worse than sweets. I would suggest adding a little fruit to the plan. Also, eat every three hours. 2oz protein and alternate either 1/2 cup fruit or 1-2 cups veggies. at supper time add some carb, like potatoes or rice. no pasta, corn, or carrots. pasta is too concentrated, corn and carrots have too much sugar.
the quicker you loose weight the quicker it will come back…Make small but lifelasting changes. You still need carbs, such as pastas and bread…don’t cut them out. Eat lotsa fruits and veggies, lotsa fibers, and fish…Take public transit and walk 30 minutes per day, that always makes me loose weight. Remember if you do anything too drastik your body will not react positively to it.
yes…and don’t forget fruit ! You are eating healthy. Sugars, fats, breads, and salt, are what you need to stay away from, but I personally think the natural sugar in fruit is okay, unless you are diabetic.(”the helpful one” is right about the consequences of eating eggs. Perhaps you can get your protein from lean meats, as an alternative. You may get bored with eating eggs all the time !)
hold up on the coffee thing, every cup just take less sugar till you drink it black. its hard to eat a lot of eggs, find other sources of proteins veggie are great but don’t forget the fruits.

Take a look at Dr. Joel Furhman’s “Eat to Live” program. I’ve been following a similar diet longterm and I take a whole food concentrate instead of a multivitamin. I don’t count calories or watch portion sizes, don’t have junk food cravings anymore, have more energy than I ever had and rarely get sick.
