Does the 3 day diet (grapefruit, peanut butter, tuna and the like diet) have to be exactly three days or can I go longer?

Need info on how to start Atkins diet?
I know the basics… no carbs (or low carbs), so no bread potato’s, sugars, etc. So I have been intake a lot of green veggies and a lot of fruit… I have been intake grapes, cherries, grapefruit, apples, cucumbers, onions, peppers, spinach, eggs, cheese, chicken, and tuna. Someone told me not to take any fruit for the first 2 weeks, but I like sweet stuff, so to calm my craving I will have a piece of fruit. Am I doing this diet right?

How many carbs per day for weight training to lose belly fat?
I’m confused. When bodybuilding, you should have lots of carbs since building muscles require a lot of energy (more than 40 g of carbs). Muscles lose fat and has great metabolic rate than fat. However, people recommend low carb diet in order to lose fat which contradicts weight training. What’s going on? How many carbs is needed to lose fat when you do weight training?
