The key is to be persistent and consistent. You will want to exercise everyday (or at least 4-5 times per week) and watch your portion sizes on your food. The simplest way to think about it is you need to output (exercise) more than you input (eat). Don’t set unrealistic goals or you will be too hard on yourself for not reaching those goals and then you will fail. Do you exercise now? Maybe you should start out by walking at a fast pace for 30 minutes a day. Then in a week, incorporate a little bit of jogging and walking, etc.
