I need to lose about sixty pounds as swiftly as possible. I jog everyday, but i need to lose the weight quicker. I’ve been intake healthy food so please don’t give me diet ideas. I need exercising ideas. Any suggestions?

1.Exercise
ride your bike
take a run
take a walk
take a swim ( one of the best ways to stay in good shape)
get a gym membership that always helps too!!
take up a sport you can have fun, and lose weight, and meet new people.(gaining social skills, and losing weight.)

Warning:don’t expect a miracle healthy weight loss is the best way to do it which never happens quickly or over night take it slow. never take losing weight to seriously don’t get out of control! this is very important always eat don’t skip meals just eat meals that are more filling with less calories like more fruits take all sugars, and fats out of your diet. This will help a lot by helping you lose weight, and making you healthy just because your skinny doesn’t mean your healthy always remember that!!!
There is no quick way to quickly lose 60 pounds and keep it off long term. It is best to slowly and steadily lose weight.
Also, losing weight quickly causes metabolism to slow down and the body thinks it starving. Did you ever see how little the biggest loser contestants have to eat to maintain their usually high normal weight after the show is over?? It is generally between 1200-1500 calories a day with at least 1-2 hours a day of exercise. You don’t want to live a life like that, just do it slow and steadily.
One thing you can do exercise wise to lose weight is to do intervals while jogging. Alternate spurts of a few minutes of faster jogging/running with your normal routine.
