YOU have to cut down on your caloric intake and AT THE SAME TIME, YOU need to increase your resting metabolic rate by exercising.
Because biochemical individuality plays a role in weight management, I would suggest you consult with your physician before beginning any weight reduction program.
Eat healthy, and dont eat untill your “full”
And dont binge and purge (extremely dangerious and unhealthy)
