What is the best way to lose weight quick and keep it off?

OK, so I always tend to begin a diet, and then after a week or so, mess it up, I guess because I’m so hungry.
I want to lose about 10 pounds…..and as swift as possible, but healthy.

It’s not healthy to lose weight in a short period of time. You must take it slowly if you want the weight to stay off.
The best way to lose weight and to keep it off is to lose weight slowly…don’t look at it as a diet, look at it as a lifestyle change. Cut out junk/fast food, drink more water, and do at least 45-60 minutes of exercising (preferably cardio) every day…
You need to get your metabolism going by doing 45 mins of cardio a day and eating 6 small meals a day. Keep doing that and it will stay off!
1) Keep it simple first

2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat
3) drink plenty of water and green tea
4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks
5) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy
