Why do some people lose weight quick and other lose it slow?

Depends on metabolism, sometimes heredity, etc. Age also plays a role. The older you get, the harder it is to lose (so I’ve heard). If you have a decent diet and exercise regularly, that would help

well it is how you eat and what you eat. if you eat sweets . do not you will gain 3 pounds .no dairy no bread no sweets no sugar no bacon no fat and in 4 months you will lose 50-60 pounds .
How is ‘only’ losing a pound a week not worth your effort???? It takes time to put on fat and will most certainly take time to burn it off. Quick weight loss is a gimmick and will not result in long-lasting results. Weight loss is not the same as fat loss and losing 5lbs of water weight in a week really doesn’t help much in the long run. There is NO quick fix…. Proper diet and exercise is the healthiest way to loss fat. Try cutting 300/500 Calories per day in addition to adding in some physical activity. If you don’t have access to a gym then go for a jog outside or run stairs, get a set of 15lb dumbbells and make a strength training plan. Set some goals and work to achieve them!
